A member cancelled a booking less than 24 hours before the activity but the cancellation is not showing as a late cancellation. Will I still be paid?

If a member books a space less than 24 hours before your activity and cancels within 15 minutes of making the booking, you will not be paid for this space. 

There is a 15 minute buffer time to allow members to cancel the activity, in the case that they have made the booking by mistake.
