What happens if I cancel a booking last-minute or don't show up to an activity?

We understand that plans change. If you give us over 24 hours notice by cancelling your booking on the site, we will quietly wish you luck with your better plans and that'll be it. However, when members cancel within 24 hours or do not show up to a booked activity this can cause big problems for our partners. We charge a small fee of £2.50 every time this happens.
